Semi-automatic capsule filling machine is an upgraded double-head series of our company's existing semi-automatic capsule filling machine products, developed mainly to improve performance. Suitable for hard capsules.

The whole machine adopts programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging, and pneumatic joint control.

The equipment is designed with the capsule-dipping method of the double-headed fully automatic capsule filling machine. Compared with the old semi-automatic capsule filling machine, it has made significant progress in capsule-dipping speed, mold replacement, filling degree, maintenance, etc., and the equipment has become faster, more convenient, simpler and more stable. In terms of capsule locking, we use pneumatic control and automatic capsule locking to save labor time.

1. In terms of man-machine, our company installed a safety door device at the capsule dipping station. If the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a static state and cannot run. A visual window is added to the powder filling station to observe the powder loading degree. A baffle is installed above the capsule locking station to avoid accidents when the capsule is turned over. A capsule tray rack is added on the right side of the equipment for easy application.

2. The body and work surface are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and oxidation.

3. The equipment can fill capsules of different types and is used for filling hard capsules of medicines and health products such as powders, granules, and pellets.
