CGN208-D1 improved capsule filling machine is a new type of efficient capsule filling equipment developed on the basis of DTJ-C, with simpler operation, less maintenance and high filling quality.

The linear track capsule control switch is more convenient and accurate to adjust the opening position of the capsule control frame.
The front plate of the small capsule hopper can be opened independently, making it easier and faster to clean the capsules.
Both large and small capsule hoppers use positioning devices, which can be quickly positioned and disassembled without tools.
The capsule tray adopts linkage operation to avoid the disadvantages of continuous acceleration and deceleration compared with the original intermittent operation, and can achieve high-speed and stable operation.
The capsule tray self-rotation design can easily realize the smooth separation of unseparated capsules.
