High Speed Mixing Pharma Granulator

The high speed mixing pharma granulator works by feeding material into the mixing granulation bin through an optional automatic vacuum feeder.

Features

Efficient Granulation Process: The material is gradually blended with adhesive as it flows slowly in the barrel. Under the high-speed rotation of the granulation blade, the material condenses into granules within the mixing granulation bin.

Automatic Discharge: After granulation, the granules are automatically discharged, seamlessly moving into the next process, which can be either wet granulation or drying.

Optional Vacuum Feeder: The Pharma granulator can be equipped with an automatic vacuum feeder (optional), ensuring efficient and consistent feeding of materials into the mixing granulation bin.
